Marlow Thames Rotary Club has recently developed a strategic plan for the club going forward. This has identified the contribution the club aims to make in supporting our local community as well as in international projects. To help formulate the plan, all members of the club took part in an activity to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to the club. We then debated and agreed the key actions that we need to take to build on the strengths and opportunities and to minimise the weaknesses and threats. We have incorporated these ideas in our plan which will act as a framework for the Club
