Heart Start - NOTE 5.30 FOR 6PM START

Hamish Tait and his Heartstart team of John, Jean and Kirsty gave a valuable demonstration of life-saving CPR.
Hamish said there were over 50 defibrillators in public places in the north-east Fife area.
Kilrymont members were given the chance to try giving basic life support techniques on a number of mannequins and were given instructions on how to use the defibrillator devices.
President Brian Gray welcomed the team and George McIntosh proposed a vote of thanks.
