Tombola, Lucky Lollies and Face Painting

Craigtoun Charity Day

Last Sunday the Club manned two stalls at the Craigtoun Charity Fair and during a full day in brilliant sunshine catered to a large number of visitors, many of whom were intrigued to discover what the Rotary organisation is all about.

Much fun was had as the visitors tried their luck at tombola while their children did their best to “pick a lucky lolly”.

In conjunction with the games stall, member’s daughter Karina MacKinnon spent a full day face-painting a huge number of excited children – and a number of adults who fancied looking like someone else for the day!

In all, £320 was raised, which will go to local charities.
