10 K - Start at 1.00 pm. Run on an attractive course using lanes and footpaths between Houston, Kilmacolm and Bridge of Weir. REGISTER at: https://protay.co.uk/upcoming-events/ .
5 Knew - Start at 1.10 pm from Houston public park. Run on footpaths and lanes around Houston Village. REGISTER at: https://protay.co.uk/upcoming-events/ . Suitable for new runners as well as those more experienced.

Kids Runs (under 7, and 7 to 11) in Houston Park. Warm up at 11.45. Donation on the day.

10K and 5Knew:
· Medals and official time for all finishers. Awards for best (1,2,3) overall males and females; best (1,2) 16+17 males and females; first U16 male and first U16 female; first over 60’s male and first over 60’s female, best team of four. Water stations on route. Awards for highest sponsored individual and highest sponsored team (eg school, pub, club, company or family) .
· On-day registration (until 12.30), parking, changing facilities, toilets and badges at West Church Halls, Houston PA6 7EL from 11.30am. Starts: 10K at 1.00pm, 5K at 1.10pm.
· Entry fees : 10K £22 online or £25 on the day. £10/£12 for runners aged 16+17 and younger runners (minimum age 11) accompanied by an adult . 5K £15 online or £18 on the day. £7/£9 for runners aged 16+17 and younger runners (minimum age 11) accompanied by an adult.
Kids Runs: fun warm-up at 11.45 noon, races at 12.00 and 12.15 . No registration required, just a donation on the day. Medals, water, fruit and sweets for finishers
