On Tuesday June 20th we were pleased to have a second visit from Jazmin Parker of Alexander Devine and be able to handover a cheque for £1500. Jazmin had visited us earlier in the Rotary year to tell us all about the hospice and the support they give to both the children with life limiting or life-threatening conditions but also their families.
Our President for 2022-2023, Richard Lindo, chose the Charity as one of his main charities of the year and the money was raised mainly from our New Year’s Day Walk, which is held annually at Wellington College, Crowthorne. The members of the Club all wore blue to tie in with the ‘Rock the Blue’ fundraising the charity are running at the moment.
The Rotary Club raise money for local organisations and charities while having lots of fun. If this is something you would like to experience get in touch.
