DISTRICT DISABILITY GAMES 30 MARCH

Our enthusiastic volunteers looked after the Curling matches. There was a winner for each of the adult male, adult female and junior categories. Our volunteers ended the event very tired but inspired by the competitors, who were wonderful.

RESTORING THE HISTORIC FURNACE

more Rockley furnace and engine house are very important industrial heritage buildings in Rockley woods. Rotary are working with South Yorks Industrial Heritage Society to clear and fully survey this remarkable survivor of an earlier industrial age.

more President Geoff Goodlad and Rockley President Steve Woodcock at a presentation to Rtn Tom Knight on 28 June. Tom cycled to every Rotary Club in South Yorks raising money for MC, the chosen charity for Tour de France. Tom raised £4632 - £250 from us.
