Privacy Policy

The Rotary Club of Southam 2000 ("we") will follow the Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland privacy policy. In addition we will also follow these more specific policies:

Collecting Data

We will collect your name, your message, and the name of the person who you are thinking of. We will also collect data that will associate your message with your donation. If you choose to leave a telephone number or an email address we will collect these so that we can resolve any problems with your message.

Publishing Data

We will pubblish your name, your message, and the name of the persion who you are thinking of. These will be available to view on the tree and in the remembrance book displayed in the library.  Other data will be available to our team only.  It will be used to create the items above.

We reserve the right not to publish any message that we feel might cause offense.
