Your Memory Message
To send your message please either:
- fill out this form giving your name, message and amount donated or
- pick up a form at either Southam Library or Southam Carpets or
- download and print this form Tree_of_Light Leaflet
- use the Sumup payment site by using one of the QR codes.
If you use a printed form put the completed form in an envelope together with your donation. Please address the envelope to Southam Rotary 2000, Tree of Light and hand it into Southam Library or Southam Carpets during November and up to 20th December.
If you use the online form then follow the instructions on that form to make the payment.
Any messages received after 19th November may not be on the board for the switch-on, but rest assured it will be added as soon as possible.
