For a minimum donation of £5 your message will be written on a special card which will be laminated and placed on a board at the Tree of Light (located by Southam Carpets, Coventry St). Your message will also be recorded in a Memory Book which will be on display at Southam Library from November 28th.
The proceeds from all donations will go to Acorns Hospice
The tree will be lit on Sunday 30th November, immediately after the town’s Christmas Lights switch on.

the completed form in an envelope together with your donation. Please
address the envelope to Southam Rotary 2000, Tree of Light and hand it
into Southam Library or Southam Carpets during November and up to 20th
December.
If you use the online form then follow the instructions on that form to make the payment.
Any messages received after 19h November may not be on the board for the switch-on, but rest assured it will be added as soon as possible.
