All the criteria we regard as making the Festival a success were met. The Committee had come up with a well received range of beers and ciders supplemented by prosecco, gin and rum. Music was provided by local artists, bands and a Community Choir each bringing along their own group of followers and in the case of the School of Rocks teenage band their relatives. The quiet room did not attract a host of attendees. The range of food also kept our volunteers and Burger X busy and satisfied.
We will not know for some time the overall profit but will make it known as soon as possible. For the moment we would simply like to pass on our thanks to everyone who attended, to our sponsors, our advertisers, our magnificent beverage providers and the myriad of volunteers who make every event possible.
Here's to next year!
