Amelia serves up a great dish

Each year Rotary holds a national competition to find the Rotary Young Chef.

This year the Rotary Club of Furness was delighted to sponsor 15 year-old Amelia from Dowdales School, Dalton who was our candidate after winning the cook-off at her school.

Amelia was competing with pupils from Cumbria and Lancashire and although her Valentine themed dinner looked delicious the taste judges preferred that of a fellow competitor. 
 
Well done Amelia. Thanks to you and Dowdales School who continue to support this competition.
