President Martin and Past President Brian recently presented 128 Squadron Barrow Air Cadets with a donation of £500 to help their self-funded operation.
The squadron is made up of young people aged between 12 and 20 who participate in a wide range of outdoor and educational activities.
Those over 20 can gain qualifications to deliver activities to the cadets.
The air cadets meet at the Army Reserve Centre in Holker Street.
Parade nights are held on Monday and Thursday between 7pm and 9pm.
