Frank and Graham's adventure in the Phillipines

Graham gave a presentation on the trip he and Frank had made with the Rotary Club of Workington to the Phillipines to see the handover of the fishermen's boats which had been purchased with the help of a FOUNDATION grant and a huge amount of fund raising by RC Workington and RC Workington Derwent and contributions from District 1190 clubs. All of the project had been supervised by the RC of Makati EDSA a mixed club of similar age to our own. That alone required constant attention involving air trips to Cebu, and long car and boat journeys, final boats were delivered in November 2016, 3 years after the devasation caused by Typhoon Hiyan.
