Golf Competition info

The Rotary Club of Linlithgow Grange is proud to announce it's holding our 21st annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday 31 August 2026. This is the first time teams will experience Linlithgow’s new (two 9-hole loops) course layout – something everyone has been talking about.

Teams will compete for The Magdalene Cup and Medals and many other prizes. Over the past 20 years this event has raised well in excess of £85,000 for major Scottish, UK, and international charities.
This year two brilliant Scottish charities, Alzheimer Scotland and 1st Step Recovery will benefit from the generosity of the many golfers who will turn out to do a good turn, doing the thing they enjoy most – playing GOLF!

The competition is open to all - 4 players per team. The format is a “Texas Scramble” which is a fun and inclusive way for teams with mixed handicaps to complete the course. The maximum handicap for gents and ladies without a club handicap is 27 (full details will be in our event programme when you arrive).

The entry fee is £180 per team, which includes half-way burgers, beer and soft drinks, and at the end of your round you can replay those classic shots, lucky breaks and near misses over a complementary two-course meal. It’s a fantastic day out and a great way to benefit two worthy causes.
