Today's walk was to Shire Country Park, Sarehole Mill and Moseley Bog. 264 Wake Green Road was where Tolkien lived at the turn of the century. Moseley Bog is said to have been the inspiration for the Old Forest. Thanks to Nick and Penny for organising.
