Santa Sleigh December 2025

Bewdley Rotary invite your charity or good cause to join our festive Santa Sleigh event and help spread holiday cheer throughout the community.

Each charity/good cause will need to have dedicated 4 to 8 bucket runners assisting on their slot to collect donations along the route.

Up to 50% of monies raised during your organisation’s slot will go directly to your cause.

Your participation will be promoted across event materials, social media, and local press coverage.

This is a wonderful opportunity to raise both funds and awareness while bringing joy to families this Christmas season.

You don’t have to represent a charity or good cause as the rest of the donations will be used by Bewdley Rotary to do good in our communities. Click Here to see who we supported in 2025.

You will have a great time working with us and seeing the wonder and happiness on the faces of the children when they see Santa

Dates and areas are:

Evenings 5.30pm to 8.00pm
Friday 5th Lickhill Est. (Stourport)
Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th Burlish Est. (Stourport)
Monday 8th Spennells (Kidderminster)
Tuesday 9th Marlpool (Kidderminster)
Wednesday 10th Franche (Kidderminster)
Thursday 11th REST DAY
Friday 12th Wribbenhall (Bewdley)
Saturday 13th Hales Park/Wyre Hill (Bewdley)
Sunday 14th Bark Hill (Bewdley)

We will also park our Sleigh at the following supermarket venues from 10.00am to 4.00pm
Sat 6th & Sun 7th Tesco, Stourport
Sat 13th & Sun 14th Sainsbury, Bewdley
Sat 20th & Sun 21st - Morrisons, Kidderminster
