Our aim is to enable children from 5 to 16 years to obtain sponsorship for a cycle ride to raise funds for their Club, School or any other organisation. If this is something which your may be interested in then please register your interest now. This does not commit you but it does allow us to ascertain the interest in such an opportunity.
Bewdley Rotary will facilitate the event providing a safe environment, sponsorship forms, a sponsorship website and the organisation of the event.
The ride is totally off road. The 6 metre wide cycle circuit at Stourport Sports Club is finished to a high specification and a circuit is 1.4 kms.
Riders will be split into age groups and ability
All bikes will be checked to ensure they are safe prior to being allowed on the circuit
All participants will be requied to wear approved helmets
First Aiders will be present all through the day
Copies of the risk assessment will be available if requested.
The event will be covered by Rotary insurance
