Casterbridge Rotary Club participated in the organisation of the Dorchester Carnival last year, on Saturday 18th June 2016.

Members of our club are again joining the other Rotary Clubs in the town and other organisations to help to run the carnival again this year. As a result of their efforts and the generosity of the people of Dorchester the event plans to raise funds for local organisations and charities. We had a fantastic weekend visit in France - starting 23/04/2026 to celebrate 33 years of twinning with Rennes Du Guesclin Club and their 35th Anniversary. Thank you you to everyone involved, you can see some pictures here!

On 21/04/2026 President Rachel Wilson and Rotarian Dave Harris had the pleasure of witnessing the unveiling of the new DCH hospital 'Activities Trolley', which will bust boredom for patients of all ages. Our club donated funds for the Trolley.
