• Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) – residential courses aimed at the leaders of tomorrow.
RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims to:
o Demonstrate Rotary’s respect and concern for youth
o Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders
o Encourage leadership of youth by youth
o Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their community
Each year Pangbourne Rotary sponsors a deserving individual to attend a residential training course at Rhos-Y-Gwaliau in Wales.
