1180 District Quiz Semi Final

Tension mounts as Southport Links Rotary meet Llandudno Rotary in the semi final.
A very tense semi final of the District Quiz was held at The Clifton Hotel this evening, when Southport Linsk met the Rotary Club of Llandudno.
The first round, Food and Drink was very close, and in the second round, Literature, one of the Links team nearly gave the game away by answering one of the opposing temas questions - he did get the answer right - Diary of a Nobody, but gave Llandudno took the points.
Eventually, Links managed to pull away, finally securing their place in the final by scoring 93 points to Llandudno's 71.
