In 2010/2011 the Rotary Club of Southport Links supported a small NGO in Phnom Penh, Cambodia set up to help children who lived in a shanty town on the city dump, surviving by scavenging what they could. The oldest of these chlidren are now in their mid teens and are starting to enter the adult world.
