Club Christmas Dinner

Hi all.

I have provisional booked the Fish Inn at Ringwood for our Xmas Dinner (7 for 7.30pm) on 18^th Dec 2018 for the members and their wives and partners.

I have attached the menu that includes a Two course dinner for £20.95 or a Three course for £24.95 that I think you will agree is a good price. As you will note there is a 10% discount off these prices if we can book and pay in full by 1^st Nov 2018. I am aware that it may seem a bit early to be notifying you but if we all want to take advantage of this then I must have your confirmation, menus request and monies to Ian or in the bank no later than Tuesday 23^rd Oct 2018 i.e. only 5 weeks away. The discount is certainly worth taking advantage of as on a three course dinner a couple would save almost £5!!!

Can I ask Angela to liaise with the president to send out to any friends and partners of our club that is thought should be ask if they would like to come and ensure they get their menus and monies back as the above.
