^{Nine of our members worked with Bishops Luffa School to give over 200 14 - 16 ear olds interview experience in association with leading employers in the area. Thirty-three professionals from eight organisations such as Lewis Brownlee, Chichester Festival Theatre, Rolls-Royce, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Chichester District Council, The Sussex Pub Company and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors contributed their valuable time to the project.}

^{The students who had little or no experience of Interviews gained enormously in confidence following a difficult peiod during the Pandemic.}

^{Eddie Townsend of Rotary Priory, who led the initiative, said that the club is actively involved in the community by delivering a wide variety of programmes. The club is part of Rotary International which fosters the ideal of 'service' as a basis of worthy enterprise within the local community.}
