It Takes A City

This week our speaker was Matt Nelson from It Takes A City. This charity help the homeless get back on their feet with somewhere to stay short term.
They work with New Meaning Foundation and other Action Groups. They help people between October and March, being the most difficult and coldest times.
It could be anyone even a Veteran with PTSA or women- they are the hidden homeless.
During COVID they helped over 300 people with No outbreaks.
The charity is now in 34 cities.
