Young Chef District Final held at Helston School
Congratulations to Ellie Charity, our sponsored student from Mullion School, who has won the Young Chef District Final at Helston School. Ellie's menu consisted of the starter - a Creamy Watercress Soup with a burst of lime and yoghurt. Main course was chicken filled with a sage and lemon stuffing wrapped in Parma Ham served with a trellis of seasonal root vegetables. Her Normandy Apple Tart dessert was individual shortcrust pastries filled with tangy apple and decorated with glazed apple slices.
