At a short ceremony at the Bear Hotel, Robert Fennell was presented with his Presidential chain of office as the new leader for Hungerford Rotary club, by former President Llewellyn Robins.
In his outgoing speech Llewellyn thanked all the club members for an excellent year that had a number of very successful projects which raised money for local and international causes.
The membership has grown over the last two years and Robert, in his acceptance speech, promised a full year of Fellowship and fundraising events for all the club members. He hoped that like minded men and women in the area might consider joining Hungerford Rotary and giving something back to the community.
