The Bridge Tournament Returns!

Hungerford Rotary Club’s annual Bridge at the Croft Tournament was yet another success this year. 48 enthusiastic card players, many from the Hungerford Bridge club, used their skills to try and achieve the highest net score of the tournament. The honor this year went to Evelyne Archer who is pictured receiving the trophy from Rotary Club President Myles Young. The Bridge players supported the event, not only by taking part, but also generously buying lots of raffle tickets with prizes donated by Rotary club members and friends. The afternoon raised a total of £800.00 for the Rotary Charity funds which will be used to help worthy causes in the district.
