This evening renowned French Chef and restaurateur Laurent Lebeau will be telling us about his very special Funghi Club.
Although Laurent started his
career in France he spent many years as a Chef at many
prestigious venues across the U.K. and Europe before moving to
the Red House at Marsh Benham. He has taken a step back from the
day to day operations of the restaurant to spend more time
running The Funghi Club which he will be telling us all about
