Our Corporate Member, Wykes Engineering, have kindly offered to let us visit the Chelveston wind and solar farm. We have all seen it from a distance, but we will now be able to get up close and personal, including a tour of the Control Tower.
You are advised to wear some decent walking shoes, as there will be a small amount of walking involved, and you are also requested to take a Covid Test before arrival, as we will be in very close proximity whilst in the Control Tower.
After the visit, we will move to "The Swan" at Newto Bromswold, for a buffet and drink (or two).
