The AGM of Rainhill Rotary Club will be held as part of the Business meeting on 16.4.26. The meeting will
1 Receive annual reports from the club Council & Committees
2 Receive the Treasurers budget for the year 2026/7
3 Elect ordinary members of the Council for 2026/7
4 Confirm the appointment of committee chairmen for 2026/7
5 Elect 2 members to examine the Club accounts for 2025/6
6 Elect 3 members to represent the Club on the District 1285 Council for 2026/7
7 As the Club has unfilled Officer positions for 2026/7 there will be an opportunity to elect a President Elect & a Treasurer
