Presentation of cheques to various charities

Funds collected at Christmas 2021

Our Rotary Club were delighted to present cheques to three local charities at the presentation evening held on 4 January 2022. The money raised was due to the generousity of the residents of North Cheam, Sutton, Worcester Park and Cheam Village during the Christmas Collections held last December.

The photo shows the representatives being congratulated by the Club President John Newson.

The charities were Storybook Dads, Homestart Sutton and Sutton Community Works all of whom provide wonderful support to people in the local area.

We would also like to thank Tesco's on the Sutton By-pass and Sainsbury's in North Cheam for their magnificent support during the Collection.
