Donations and Grants 2022/2023
Donations and Grants we have made since 1st July 2022
Before we can make any donations or grants we firstly need to raise some money. During the current Rotary year which started on 1st July 2022 we have raised c£7500 from only 2 events, a Race Night at O'Grady's Hotel in Redcar and the Annual Boxing Day Dip.
So far we are delighted to have made the following donations totalling £3845
- Redcar Lifeboat £700
- Cleveland Mountain Rescue £300
- Redcar Coastwatch £300
- Redcar Sea Cadets £150
- Redcar Branch Royal British Legion £50
- Orchestras Live schools project in Redcar and Brotton £300
- Silver Link Social Clubsupporting mental health in Redcar £250
- Going for Independence project supporting mental health in Redcar £150
- Rotary Foundation a world wide charity aiming amoungst other goals to eradicate polio £495
- Rotary Christmas Toy Box Initiative for children in refuges in Redcar £400
- Shelterbox following Turkish Earthquake disaster £350
- Marske & New Marke Scouts to attend the World Jamboree in South Korea £300
- Marske Community Partnership £100
