Interested?? Read on to find out what makes Redcar Rotary tick

Redcar Rotary is a small but well established club and have been present in Redcar since 1946.

WHO WE ARE :

We are made up of committed individuals who are working together to help our community and those in need, both locally and worldwide. We are a cross section of our community who are dreamers, doers, adventurers who wish to make another person's life better.

WHAT WE DO :

Following the Covid Pandemic we are feeling our way again trying to work out what is doable in the current economic climate. Our aim is to facilitate others to raise money for good causes so we organise the Boxing Day Sponsored Dip which raises in the region of £40,000 each year. We discuss the community's needs and look at creative ways to meet them.

WHY WE DO IT :

We have a collective desire to give something back to our community by working together with a common goal to put Service above Self. And to have a good time doing it!

You may have your reasons, but becoming a Rotarian is a step towards fulfilling them. We are looking for new members to bolster our numbers, if you are interested in knowing more about Rotary please get in touch with us.
