LITTER PICK - OCTOBER 2024
A community litterpick took place on October 27th
Rotary Ponteland organised a community litterpick in conjunction with Ponteland Anti Litter Squad (PALS) covering the lanes and footpaths around Ponteland & Prestwick on Sunday October 27th. Working in a small group the group collected 39kg of rubbish, 25kg of recycling materials and 13 vapes.
The event was supported by Ponteland Town Council who will loan the litter picking rods and protective equipment.
