Race Entry Details
Adult 10km and 5km race no age limit but minimum age 16 on race day.
Youth 5km race minimum age 10 or 16 on race day.
The main benefiting charity this year is ARCh - Assisted Reading For children.

RACE DAY INFOMATION
10.00am Warm-up session.
Hosted by Zac Purchase MBE, Olympic Gold and Silver medalist and 3 times rowing World Champion.
Owner of Zac Fitness Ltd Marlow.
10.30am Both the 10K and 5K races will start.
Post race massage avaiable by The Oxford School Of Massage.
Parking
Set your Sat Nav to OX20 1PP. Enter via WOODSTOCK GATE (Town Gate). All runners are admitted free of charge. Spectators travelling in the same car as a runner are also admitted free of charge. You will be given car park directions by marshals. Cars exiting the site must turn left towards the Bladon exit.
Left Luggage
Left baggage facilities are available.
Changing
No changing facilities are available.
Toilets
There are toilets close to the car park and race reception area.
Food and hot drinks
Food and hot drinks are avaiable in the Pleasure Gardens Deli, right by the finish line from 10am.
Numbers
Runner numbers will be available to collect on the day at the reception tent, all we need is your surname when collecting your bib.
Please attach your bib number to the front of your clothing with the pins supplied and ensure your number is visible at the finish. Single use timing chips will be attached to your bib so it is important your bib is well fixed.
The Race
Both 10K and 5K runs start from the same point at the same time, see map below.
Water Stations
For the 10K runners there will be a water station at the 6k mark and the finish. For 5K runners the only water station is at the finish.

One lap over undulating metalled roads. The course will be fully marshalled and the route marked. Please follow the instructions of the marshals.

Photographs
Photographs of the race may be taken for publicity purposes. You understand that your image may be used and give permission freely for it to be used.
The Finish
You will be timed, recorded and given your race medal. After finishing; take your number off and move away from the line to aid the recorders.
First Aid
Medics will be in attendance. If you have any sort of medical condition, write details on the back of your number.
Results
Full results will be available later the same day after validation.
Prizes
Will be awarded in the race reception area at 11:45 am, or soon after...
1) 10K - Medals for all runners.
Men & Women: Boxed medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Age categories : 1st prize only boxed medals ~ men 50-59 & 60+ Women 45-54 & 55+.
2) 5K - Medals for all runners.
5km : Prizes for 1st youth and 1st adult male and female runners.
