Bryan is "Product champion" for Ethics Teaching & Learning in Newcastle MBBS, having pioneered seminar-based ethics teaching throughout the course in an accessible form.
He chairs HealthWORKS Newcastle, a Benwell-based health project; he is an honorary University & Hospital Chaplain and belongs to the Governing Body of the Institute of Medical Ethics and the Newcastle Hospitals Clinical Ethics Committee.
