Grand Superior Overarching Walking Committee
The "Walking Committee" was formed about eight years ago and our first 'real' series of walks took in the Hadrian's Wall path from Wallsend to Bowness-on-Solway. The walks were so successful that we soon lifted our sights.
We began to walk not only around Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and County Durham, but also in Scotland and then abroad, in France, Italy and Germany.
Our motto? "We never get lost.... (Well, almost never)"
