Ordinary meeting with Zone Final of District Quiz - Tyneside ‘A'-v-Alnwick

After a gruelling series of heats which saw our 'A' Team fight valliantly through, including a victory against the rival Tyneside "B" Team, this promises to be a match to make history. Good luck to both contenders and "To The Victor The Spoils".

This date was originally reserved for Mrs Sue Sim, Chief Constable of Northumbria Police, but owing to unforeseen circumstances her visit has had to be moved to 3rd May.

The "Walking Committee" was formed about eight years ago and our first 'real' series of walks took in the Hadrian's Wall path from Wallsend to Bowness-on-Solway. The walks were so successful that we soon lifted our sights.
