70th Charter Celebration
28th June 2022, Piersland House Hotel, Troon 6.30pm
Join us as we celebrate 70 years of Fellowship with current, past and future members all welcome. As well we reach out to our District Clubs to be a part of this landmark occasion. Mike Schirwing will be sworn in as President and we thank Stuart Kane for his year of stellar service in the role.
Timings will be 6.30pm for 7.00pm and all festivities should be finished by 10.00pm
· The event will be held in the main Function Room, which has a capacity of 100 people seated. Masks are no longer required to be worn, however if you feel more comfortable continuing to wear one, please feel free to do so.
· There will be entertainment during the evening. If you would like to participate with a song or a poem, please contact jacrerar@gmail.com
· Drinks service prior to dinner will be in the Garden Room and during dinner will be at your table only. The first drink is complimentary.
· A delicious three course meal will be served with a choice of two dishes at each course. Please make sure you inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when you confirm your presence, as on the night requests may be difficult to honour.
· The dress code is lounge suits/cocktail attire.
