The work of Rotary when supporting others around the world is undertaken at different levels.
Our own club activities | Our club activities directed through District 1230 |

1. Our own club activities:
Homburg Saarpfalz (Germany) and Triel-Verneuil-Vernouillet (France) - Nepal project - assisting our fellow Rotarians in Homburg Saarplatz in the reconstruction and refurbishing of a school badly damaged in an earthquake. Link here
Welcoming visitors from abroad - as part of the world family of Rotarians we frequently welcome visitors from clubs from overseas link here -
2. Our own club activities directed through District 1230:
We work with the 43 other Rotary Clubs in our District on joint projects.
3. Our own club activities directed through Rotary GB&I:
Crocus Coombs - link here - as part of the End Polio Now campaign we plant crocus coombs around Troon, encourage the Purple Pinkie campaign and raise funds to end this disease throughout the world.
4. Our own club activities directed through RI:
End Polio Now - link here - the largest campaign that Rotary has run is the End Polio Now campaign.
Disaster Relief donations - Rotary members and The Rotary Foundation play a unique role in disaster recovery and rebuilding efforts. Working closely with our partner ShelterBox and other organisations that specialise in disaster relief, Rotary members lead projects to support every phase of a community's recovery. Recently we have helped communities in the Bahamas and Maharshtra in India. https://www.rotary.org/en/our-causes/disaster-response
