President Gordon Burgess welcomed fourteen other members, and the secretary read the February Board minutes.
Douglas Dow reported that ten tables had now been taken for the forthcoming Bridge Night, but more would be welcome. Derek Hall appealed for members to donate good quality wine or chocolates as raffle prizes, and to bring them to next week's lunch.
Jack Rudram said that the presentation ceremony for the Young Writer and Young Photographer awards would be held in the Yacht Club on Wednesday March 21 at 6.30 for 7pm. The Primary Schools Quiz will be held at Cardross Primary School next Thursday.
The weekly raffle for a whisky miniature resumed, with Graham Smith winning a twelve year-old Ledaig malt, and Douglas Dow a Bells blended. The monthly raffle, this time for a bottle of twelve year-old Glenfiddich malt, was won by Rheay Mackay.
