The secretary reported that 16 members and partners would be attending the joint Burns Night with the Helensburgh Garelochside club next Monday in the Rosslea Hall Hotel, Rhu, at 6.30 for 7pm.
The speaker was member Bryan Wight, who looked at five days towards the end of World War One when the Germans might have won the war in Ludendorf's 1918 Spring Offensive in France from March 20-25. Alastair Wilson proposed the vote of thanks for a most interesting talk.
