Alan Beck of Caladon

Alan is from Coatbridge which is unusual for an opera singer especiall if you know Coatbridge. Alan told us of his association with Rotary and how it was responsible for his getting and losing his first girlfriend. All I can say is that an Asda carrier bag will never be the same to us again! Alan has toured may countries with his group of three tenors called Caladon who are well known from America to Japan with countries like Germany and Canada in between. He has entertained many celebritarie incluing The Queen and Kofi Annan. He kept us throughly entertained with his stories of Rotary and his travels and we look forward to hearing more from him in the future.
