We are delighted to welcome the Young Chef and the Young Musician winners together with teachers and representatives from Glasgow City Council Education Departments. With winners “performing”


On Tuesday the Club had as our guests winners of the Clubs heat for Young Chef and Young Musician

Abby Tonner : St Mungos’ Academy : Winner of the Club’s Young Chef Heat.

Tessy Okusanya : St Mungo’s Academy ; Vocalist Winner : Young Musician

Anna Nicgriogair : Glasgow Gaelic School : Instrumentalist ( clarsach) : Young Musician.

Tessy and Anna both performed and indeed entertained us one of the two “pieces” which they will be performing at The District 1230 Final of Young Musician on Sunday 18 March at 11.30am.

In addition the Club hosted teachers from the Schools as well as Pam Black , Educational Support Officer : Instrumental Music from Glasgow City Council who has co-ordinated our Young Musician since its inception three  years ago

And Gary Condie :Principal Officer : Employment and Skills GCC Education Services who with his department will be further “promoting” our Young Chef Competition and who we will be having further meetings with to extend our relationship with Glasgow Schools in our other

Youth Projects.
