Request for Charitable Donations

Invitation to Submit Donation Requests

We are thrilled to announce that our recent Santa Float initiative was a resounding success, thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of our communities.

We are now able to extend our support to deserving charitable organisations or local community groups. 

We invite you to submit your requests for donations up to £250 in value, providing us with an opportunity to help the local community even more.

How to Apply

·        Application: Please complete a donation request with detailed information about your organisation or group, what you do, the specific use of the requested funds and contact details. The application form is below or can be obtained by emailing the club on rushclifferotary@gmail.com.·   

·         Submission Deadline: All applications should be submitted by 30th April 2026

Selection Criteria

Our selection committee will review the applications based on the following criteria:

·         What you do and specific use of any donation

·         Impact: What a donation will do for the local community

·         Area of benefit: the location that benefits from your work

·         The people who benefit, whether by age group or by disadvantage

·         The need for additional funds for the activity to take place
