60 years of helping Santa to help those in need.
Our annual Christmas float appeal is well supported around the Rushcliffe area and the grateful thanks of the club go to all those that donate not only money but their time.
In 2023 we raised nearly £10,000…what an achievement!
A big thanks must go to Sandicliffe Motors on Kenton Boulevard, Nottingham for the loan of a towing vehicle. This enables Santa to rest his reindeer before they make their Christmas Eve flying visits across the world.
Without the support of local people this would not happen. There are far to many to name...you know who you are..THANK YOU!
With different teams from various local charities we go out each night, sometimes in very inclement weather, making sure that Santa covers as many areas of the district as possible.
We have weekend statics at Notcutts and Morrisons, as well as twelve nights touring the areas of West Bridgford, Edwalton, Lady Bay, Ruddington, Tollerton and Keyworth. See our Facebook page for daily updates.
From the proceeds we support International and local charities such as Riding for the Disabled, British Legion, Rainbows, memory cafes and Parkinson’s disease, as well as dozens of others.
