Community Litter Picking
Once a month our members and local volunteers set out through the streets of Keyworth armed with pickers and refuse bags to clean up the village.
Rotary is a service organisation and this initiative is about helping our local communities, forging links with others and getting people from all walks of life involved in improving their environment (one of Rotary’s core activities).
Rushcliffe Borough Council’s “Street Wise” supports us by providing the bags and collecting the full ones. A big thank you to all who help with a worthwhile project.
