Fellowship meeting(s)?

This was a strange meeting as many members had gone off to the Rotary Club of Leith!

This was a strange meeting as many members had gone off to the Rotary Club of Leith!  And a few more, including the President, were with the ladies of Inner Wheel at their annual Inter-Club meeting.

In the event, 18 of us, plus two guests enjoyed lunch and fellowship - and one of Arthur Moyes' crazy quizes from the Sunday Post!

Talking of Leith, the Rotary Posse had a very pleasant time in Edinburgh, a good meeting with the Leith Club at the Hibernians' football ground, where we heard a talk by Lord Cullen about the Edinburgh Parliament building. the visit to Royal Yacht was much enjoyed as was the fellowship/conviviality afterwords in a Champagne Bar recommended by Rtn. David Grey. a noted expert in this area.

Meanwhile, in an altogether more sober setting, President Patrick and his wife Pat (seated) are pictured here with the Mayor of Durham, Inner Wheel District Chairman Elect Norma Fay and, seated alongside Pat, Doris Dobson, President of the Inner Wheel Club of Durham.
