Grimsby Rotary has been assisting Grimsby in Bloom for a number of years. The last time we were in the Duke of York Gardens (where Grimsby in Bloom are located) was to plant trees (saplings).
Saturday morning 13th April was no exception and we (a team of 8 )were engaged in either;
Picking up litter,
Gardening ,
or transplanting plants to another location.(see photo)
We will be back later in the season ,probably for a litter pick.
The newly planted trees are doing well.The rain will have helped!!
