President John Clark hosted the Summer Garden Party in the beautiful garden of Malcolm and Sylvia Hoole.

President John hosted the 2019 Summer Garden Party in the beautiful garden of Malcolm and Sylvia Hoole. Some 70 Rotarians, spouses and guests enjoyed sparkling wine and canapes before being treated to a splendid cold buffet of salmon, ham and beef, accompanied by a carefully chosen selection of red and white wines. Those who still had room were then able to enjoy the selection of deserts and strawberries.

Thanks to President John's organisational skills with a lot of planning and team effort on Saturday and Sunday it all came together perfectly. Good company, food and wine in a lovely setting, blessed by a fine, warm August day made the day a great success.

Supporting Local Charities

Grimsby Rotary Club raises money to provide support to local causes throughout the year.

The generosity of Grimsby supermarket shoppers to the annual Christmas supermarket collections makes a substantial contribution to the Grimsby Rotary Benevolent Fund from which local charities are the main beneficiaries.

We assist local agencies such as Grimsby in Bloom with regular clean ups
